The nation of Israel finds itself on a spiritual roller-coaster, enjoying great times of blessing and obedience under the judges God appoints, but then sinking to deep lows between them.  It is a lesson to us on what it means to walk consistently with the Lord; not to mention the world’s most peculiar battle plan ever executed (Gideon)!  It’s another great chapter in THE STORY.

The children of Israel are (finally!) ready to enter the Promised Land under Joshua’s leadership.  But in the land are giants and fortified cities…what does it take to defeat giants and overcome strongholds?  Find out from the book of Joshua and this chapter in THE STORY of God’s people.

The children of Israel are on a journey (aren’t we all?)…and along the way, they will learn a LOT…a lot that they had to learn in order to be ready to enter the Promised Land.  Is God teaching you and I something along this “journey” we’re on right now that is preparing us for something greater?
